<p>I would love to attend Oberlin college. I am currently at a community college going into my third semester. 3.5 gpa first semester 4.0 second semester. accumulative 3.75gpa. I am a member of a honors fraternity and do campus activities and voluntary work also. I obtained a leadership certificate and am working on 2 more plus a peace certificate. I want to major in English to go to law school.</p>
<p>Anyone know if I have a chance? I know they have a 30% transfer rate and a better chance if you apply for fall. Any help would be great thanks!</p>
<p>The fact of the matter is that relatively few (if any) of the people that post on this site will have any experience with transferring to Oberlin and could offer an informed opinion. I would assume that Oberlin takes transfer students that look a lot like those they admit out of high school and that were successful at the college they are at. Take a look at section C of their common data set and decide for yourself whether you were competitive for freshman admissions.</p>
