Chances of transferring to UPENN(Wharton)?

Hi, I'm currently a freshman at the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign, but I'm thinking about transferring to a different school.

I know that transferring to Wharton is really competitive. I heard the acceptance statistics are around 25/300. So I was wondering if anyone could tell me whether I should just forget about even trying to apply.

College GPA: 4.0

3 of my 5 college courses aren't introductory 100 level courses. I'm in courses that sophomores or juniors usually take: Accounting 201, Economic Statistics 202, and French 208 (Critical Reading and Writing)

James Scholar Honor Student (Top 15% of UIUC's entering freshman class)

College EC's: Very active in a couple of Social/Cultural Clubs.

High School GPA: 3.93 Unweighted; 4.53 Weighted
Rank: 6/719
SAT Composite: 1310
ACT Composite: 31
9 AP Tests; Five 5s and Four 4s; National AP Scholar
National Merit Commended
National Honor Society
French National Honor Society
Co-French Student of the Year (Senior yr.)

High School EC's:
50+ Service Hours at a hospital
JV Football (Junior yr.)
Debate Team (Senior yr.)
French Club
French Tutor

I think I have decent enough grades, but my lack of strong EC's and my test scores probably hurt me. I'd really appreciate any feedback and suggestions. Thanks.

Anyone??????

I'm not an expert at transfers, but it seems like you've done all you can, especially with a perfect GPA at a great university; good luck.
