Hi guys

so I'm currently attending University of Miami and I submitted my transfer application to USC a few weeks ago. During this waiting time I just can't stop worrying if I will get in or not. What do you guys think my chances to get into USC are?

I applied for sociology major as a sophomore transfer (I am currently a freshmen), with a 3.58 gpa for my first semester. My recommendation is from my English teacher. I got A for her class and we were pretty close so hopefully she wrote something nice about me. As for supplements, I believe it was good enough. I wrote about the reasons I love the well-rounded student body supported with my experiences when I visited USC, some opportunities from the courses of my intended major and minor I can benefit from, and finally some comparisons i made between UMiami and USC (in a good way though). However, due to the limited credits granted by my current school, I didn't have 30 credits when I submitted my application. What's even worse is that my SATs are pretty bad (1790 is the highest...) but I believe my high school transcripts are not as bad (32 for final IB exams and received an IB diploma)

I'm really concerning about the likelihood of being admitted, since I am coming from an out-state private school, and since I don't have impressive SATs and GPA. What do you guys think :-/ ?
