Chances of Transferring to UT Austin

<p>I am a texas resident currently attending a private university in Texas. I currently have a 3.27 GPA with 33 credit hours. However i have do have a "W" on my transcript. Next semester I am only taking 12 hours because i just got a house and want to party though so should be able to pull a 4.0 next semester to. </p>

<p>What are my chances of transferring to UT Austin to major in economics (college of liberal arts) for the spring of 2011?</p>

<p>All my essays are pretty good and i can get pretty good recommendation letters.</p>

<p>3.27 is low, but if you got it up to a 3.4+, you should have a good shot at getting in.</p>
