Chances of UIUC CS COE?

Hey guys I’m a senior in high school hoping to get into UIUC for computer science (college of engineering). I was just wondering what my chances are.

Asian male living instate for over 15 years.

GPA:
Weighted: 4.1 (will drastically increase after first semester of senior year)
UW: Unknown
ACT:33
AP’s: 6 AP’s and 5 AP’s Senior Year
Math and Science grades: A’s and B’s
Grade in AP Comp. Science: A
Rank: Top 15

EC’s:
Over 170 hours of volunteering
Created a Indian Student Association at my school
Science National Honors Society
Math National Honors Society
Technical Honors Society
3+ years on School robotics team
Started a company to build an electric vehicle
Run a tech blog
Developing an APP
Intern for about 2 months at a Telecom Company
Won an award for best prototype at a State Engineering competition
Varsity Tennis for 4 years

Personally I hate my GPA, I struggled with all the rigor courses. Also my math and science grades. I feel like I have showed my interest in Engineering and CS. What are my chances and what can I do to improve my chances?

The admit rate in CS for COE has been round 16-20 % in the past years, the number of applicants has grown 3 fold leading to a drop in admission rates…They have held their incoming size constant round 200 compared to other schools who are casing on with doubling the enrollment in the same period. UIUC says they do not plan to increase enrollment, wants to focus on quality of the program and ensure that they continue to be a top 5 program in the nation.
