<p>i believe your sat and act scores are to low. Secondly, only 5% of people got accepted with a 3.1, according to collegeboard. Im guessing it will be a reach school, not sure, because they will most likely accept a NY student over a NJ student with the same grades.</p>
<p>I’m sorry, but your GPA and SAT scores are on the verry low end of Binghamton. The 5% that got accepted with 3.1 GPA are probably the amazing baseball players that go there lol.</p>
<p>Actually, if you follow some of the other threads, you’ll see that this your the admitted Out of State students have SATs and GPAs that are significantly lower than what is typical for In State.</p>
