<p>SAT is a bit low for OOS but your GPA is above the norm, and your volunteering is quite impressive as well. All things considered, I think you have a pretty good chance!</p>

<p>I think you need to have a very good essay, apply early and have great recommendations.</p>

<p>Take the act! A good score in one or all the sections could be the difference for you.</p>
