also appling to UCLA, UCB,UC Davis, and perhaps BYU Utah(random I know)

I would say you are a match for UCSD . I would try to increase my ACT score to be a better match for UCLA and Berkeley. You're definitely getting into UCD--consider it your safety. I recommend taking the SAT.

You should be fine for UCSD and UCD.
I have a good feeling that you will get accepted to UCB or UCLA , not sure about both.

Try to bump that ACT up to a 30/31 or SAT equivalent of that.(which is probably 2000)
also, you might want to include high school awards such as High Honors and the AP Scholar awards.

I guess for now, the only things you can really do are retaking exams and finishing the apps and essays.
Good Luck! and don't stress too much. I had quite a few friends who got into UCLA and Berkeley with stats lower than yours.

then please vote Obama lol. But yeah I agree, yet I think I was only sad because I realized how much stuff I had to do(phone banking is the devil!).

Guys it's also important to consider that he's ELC/low income/first in family to go to college. His UCGPA may be low, but it seems like he's around the top of his class. Besides, there were a handful of kids at my school who got into UCLA with sub-4.0 GPAs, and even one or two with below a 3.5.
