Chances, please?

Hi I'm a senior at a really prestigious magnet school-Newsweek names it one of the 'public elite.'
Stats:
White female, 17
PSAT: 203 (oops. but I still got commended scholar-I sent my letter to Brown and Middlebury)
SAT I: 2250, 800 CR, 710 M, 740 W
SAT II: I'm taking lit and us history on saturday
no ACT, no gpa or class rank
my grades for the most part are good, probably 3/4 A's rest B's, but I got a couple c's last year when I was seriously ill-like hospitalized ill (when/where do I mention that in my app?)

EC's and Honors:
Literary magazine-contributer, copy staff, editor-in-chief this year
Writing Center tutor and Staff Development coordinator
Peer tutor
Fine Arts Club
Discussion Classics (a literary discussion group)
French Club
Political Forum
TeenAge Republicans
Creative Writing Club
Interact
President's Award for Academic Excellence
Award for Exemplary Student Achievement in English
First place in a district-wide writing contest
National Merit Commended Scholar

I'm kind of lopsided but I have leadership positions in the things I really care about
Also, I go to a math/science school, but am an English person, and I've persued just about every opportunity I could for English/writing things.

I also went to State Science Fair, and have done a lot of volunteer work and church work. And I've done two independent research projects on methods of writing and the current oil crisis. And I skipped French 2.

Two of my Recs should be great and the other should be good.
I don't know about my counselor rec because i got a new counselor this year, but my old counselor loved me and she supposedly was giving him info on each student.
My essays also should be great.

Feedback please?

I think you mention your illness in the additional info session. Great SATs. Good experience, and not a run of the mill math/science geek, like most Hopkins applicants. Very good chances.

Did you apply ED or RD?
For both, you have an excellent chance.
