bumpp someone please help

your verbal section needs to be higher. period.

ec's are ok, nothing special. are you top 10% of your class?

if your recs/essays/interview are phenomenal, you'll have a decent chance. your biggest help though will be the numerical aspect of your application. penn has so many people that are applying that have higher than 600 verbal and 710 math IIc. the ap's are impressive but you need something that sets you apart. from what I know about penn (my school has gotten like 6 people into penn in the last 2 years), penn loves people who love penn. you have to make sure you articulate that. start thinking about essay topics now. and maybe find something this summer that is unique yet very rewarding.

bottom line: if you can get your test scores up and really articulate yourself as an amazing addition to the penn community through your passion for that which you are passionate, you have as good a shot as any. that is a very daunting task though.

Good luck.

Improve your verbal score and perhaps consider giving your SAT2 subject tests again

no very realistic as of now, but i am sure you'll improve, i applied with the same score as yours last year, 800M 600V and 700Writing and was rejected straight out, no chance dude, especially the weak verbal score, it really hurts you at the Ivies.
