Chances to get in for International students with GCEs

For anyone who understands/can read GCE O levels and A level grades:
I'm a Bangladeshi highschool student currently doing my A2.

My O level grades were 7 A*s and 1 C
My AS grades were:
Math 94% A
Chem 87 % A
Physics 87% A
Which is an average of 89.33%. If I assume one extra point for A level subjects then my GPA comes out to be 4.04(?)
I gave my SAT I this october, got a 1910. I'll give it again this december.

What are my chances of getting into these North American Schools:
University of Michigan(Chemical Engineering);
Georgia Tech(Chem Engineering);
U of Texas,Austin)Chem Engineering/Petroleum Engineering);
University of Toronto(Chem Engineering);
Purdue(Chem Engineering)
McGill(Chem Engineerign);

My ECAs are non existent, aside from some community service, 4 months of Kyokushin Karate and Volunteering to take classes at school.Basically I had some family problems and when I finally got my act together, I had really short time to get prep for my GCEs and so I set ECAs to the side. Advise?

Oh and, I'm curious to know whether any of the above will provide any financial aid or merit scholarships for my grades at all. I won't NEED it, but I'll have to struggle without it. Will applying for aid decrease my chances of getting in?
Thanks, please don't mind the essay, I'm new and basically a tree stump when it comes to all these.

I’m sorry, Corrections to the GPA:
UW: 3.9
W: 4.2

Also, SAT: 630/CR,670/M,610/W,10 -Essay

How did you calculate your weighted and unweighted gpa?
