Need an honest opinion please!

I'm an American citizen currently residing in Bangladesh. I have studied here since I was 9 years old. We follow the international British system, where, we give our O level examinations(IGCSE) in grade 10, As Level examination in grade 11, and finally in our last year of High School, we give our A2 examination, grade 12. Our final A level examination(IGCE and IAL) grades are taken by the average of our As and A2 examinations.

I will be applying for Computer Science/Computer engineering and was wondering if someone could give me an idea of what my chances are of being admitted into the following Universities: UCLA, UCB, UCI, University of Illinois-Urbana Champaign, University of Michigan, GeorgiaTech, USC, UT Austin and University of Florida.

My academics:

Grade 10/IGCSE: 3A, 2A, 1B, 1C
A is considered 90% and above. I believe A* and A are considered equal by all Universities but I am not sure of this.

A*- Maths, Pure Maths, English
A- Accounting, Physics
B- Bengali, this was actually a big deal for me since I can't even write in Bengali properly XD.
C- ICT(unfortunately the computers had issues as we use pirated software, this lead to all people during my semester receiving C, but people who sent it for recheck received automatic A's)

Final A level Grades/IGCE and IAL: 2A, 1C
There are A* grades, except in Pure Maths, in A level exams, but are not written in our official certificates and transcript letters. Therefore, I think they are unnecessary to report. Also I am sending the C for a recheck, and hopefully after the recheck it will change to a B.

A- Maths(A*), Pure Maths
C- Physics

I have given my SAT twice and received unsatisfactory results, around 1750 both times. I will be retaking it this October and am hoping for a 2000+.

SAT: 1760- Math 650, Reading 520, Writing 590(Essay 8 unfinished)

During my previous attempts I did not study for the SAT. I finally realised my mistakes and have started working hard. Been doing much better in the Reading and Writing sections. I will also most probably give my SAT subject tests, Maths lvl2 and Physics. I have never taken the subject tests. Also will I be required to take my IELTS or TOEFL? The language of teaching in my school was English and I have also spoken to UCLA admissions officers and they said it wasn't required, but I am not sure about the other Universities.

Unfortunately there aren't many activities available in Bangladesh except the typical sports: football, cricket, etc.
I did play football during my time in High School but unfortunately the team was disbanded for a Handball team. For my ECA's I have musical activities. I am the drummer in a band and have been with them for 2 years. I have also recently started another band where I am the vocalist. I am also learning the guitar and will most probably learn the keyboard/piano this year.

Also if it counts, my friend and I are gonna try and work on a game for mobile platforms this November for experience.
I don't know if this matters or not, but i finished high school this year and am taking a gap year. So I'm applying for University for the Fall of 2015.

If any more information is needed please let me know and thank you for helping me :D

I'm stressing out over this thing.

Anybody there?

Unless you can get a significant boost from your current SAT score, you can forget about most, if not all, the schools on your list. Even 2000 is not enough for most of them particularly for Computer Science/Computer Engineering.

Wow. That kinda sucks.
Do you have any experience with my type of students? Meaning, students studying the International British System. If so, could you tell me what kind of grades they had and where they where accepted.

P.S. Still looking for more opinions on the first topic. Thank you.

I do know a lot of students from the International British System (and I was one too) and they were accepted by the schools on your list. But the problem is your SAT score being too low for these top engineering schools. If you do get 2000+, I would suggest you to try Purdue which is a good engineering school that is a little bit easier to get admitted.

Thanks a lot for the honest insight
What would you say my chances are of being accepted to GeorgiaTech, Uni of Maryland and UT Austin are if, hopefully, I get 2000+ ?
