Chances to get in?

So I'm currently a sophomore, Im an ap and honors student, ASB executive,2 years varsity water polo player and wrestler and 1 year varsity tennis, class officer, been in Filipino Student Association club for the past two years.I will continue to take ap and honors courses, ill be 4 year varsity water polo player and wrestler, most likely wrestling senior captain, senior president of FSA, and an ASB executive senior year and junior year, i will be taking spanish for 4 years and joining a peer tutor program that promises a letter of recommendation from the principal and community service hours also i will join robotics club junior year and maybe other clubs, the first semester of my sophomore year i had a's and b's and one c my overall gpa right now is 4.2 weighted dont know what that is unweighted, but at the start of the second semester i had some personal problems and ended up missing about a month or so of school, it really screwed me over and i have about 2 a's and 3 c's and 1 d, school is ending in a week so i dont think they'll go up, do i still have a chance to get into schools like uc davis, not really aiming for ucb or ucla but wouldnt mind going if accepted, also planning to show an upward trend by working my ass off and writing my personal statement on how i came back from this obstacle motivated and realized what i want in life(literally the moment my grades fall apart i finally realize i want to major in biomed engineering at uc davis, never really had a goal or any motivation)

I’d recommend you work on your formatting. Nobody (including me) is going to read that paragraph.

Here’s the standard format:

oStatistics (gpa, scores, ap#s, etc.)
oHooks
oNotable Extra Curricular (aka, leadership positions)

And nobody is going to respond to this because you’re a sophomore.

Retake the class you got the D. Repost your STATS including test scores, EC’s etc… after your Junior year. No way to chance until then.
