<p>I'm currently a senior & I scored a 1520 on the SAT (I'm gonna take it again prior to December; hopefully get a better score) and a 23 on the ACT. :( Unfortunately, I'm the kind of person that just doesn't do well in standardized testing type of things. However, I average about a 3.7-3.8 GPA-wise (weighted).</p>
<p>I definitely know that my grades aren't up to par with the standards of USC, but does anyone know if even with those grades, I have a slight possibility of still getting in? I want to major in animation & digital arts over at SCA and I'm about to take an animation class over at Academy of Arts during the school year (just to add to my portfolio). Hopefully if I make a kick-ass essay & a legit portfolio (I'm taking AP Studio 2D Art) I'll still have a chance? Thanks. :)</p>

I know they also base it off of recommendations (which I don't believe will be a problem for me; I have 3 teachers and my counselor already willing to do it) and EC's (I've been on CLT for 2 years and ASB for soon-to-be 2 years along with other school clubs..I'm also an intern at a small business company..Played Varsity Tennis and Softball)..</p>
