Chances to Notre Dame for a weird situation

I plan to do a double major in Psychology and Consulting Management, with a minor in Education.
It's tough for me to know how I compare because I've gone to 4 high schools. I'll explain more at the end.

UWGPA: 4.0
WGPA:4.3
Rank: N/A

SAT: 1960 (low for ND, I know, but I didn't study and I'm taking it again in October as well the ACT in September)
AP classes taken: AP Spanish (sophomore, 5), half a year of AP US, AP Lang (junior, 5); AP Calculus BC (?), AP Art (?)
*my current school only offers AP Calc BC and AP Physics B, but I worked it out to self study AP Art

Listed Activities:
-5 years of early morning bible study held every school day, one year in Spanish

Thinking about adding frequent babysitting or photography as some employment.

Awards:
-MYP Spanish B Freshman Award (9)
-High School Drama Award (11)
-President's Award for Educational Excellence (11)

Essay: should be good
Recs: should be great

Explanation:
So I know I'm not great, but I wonder if this will make a difference. I went to a prestigious private school in South America from 8-10th grade, then a 5a public school for the last two month of 10th grade. I moved to a different country in South America for 11th grade, and now I'm back at a charter school in the states. So I don't have a toon of leadership, but I think I have a good amount for moving almost every year, and same with consistency in ecs and such. I don't have a lot of APs because I've only had a few offered, if any. And I haven't done a lot of programs or jobs in the summer because I was moving or visiting family.
My question is, with all that, and with a 2200 SAT or 33 ACT, could I get in? Please, any input is welcome.

Thanks for reading.

You have an EXTREMELY high chance of admission to Notre Dame; if you bump up your SAT that much, you’re honestly a shoo-in :)

Having gone through this process at ND last year, I wouldn’t call anyone, no matter the grades/scores/ECs/hooks, a shoo-in. That having been said, I would retake your tests, work very hard on your essays, particularly the ones on the ND supplement, and, if you are able to get that 2200+/33+, apply EA. I think you look like a strong candidate, but take nothing for granted. Good luck!

Notre Dame: Reach

Thank you for all the replies! I really do want honest answers. With that, Catria is there anything I could do to be more of a match?

Any other thoughts?

I feel that your grades appear top notch… But the rigor in of itself seems a little iffy. Notre Dame is holistic, so I’d imagine they’d weigh that into consideration. SAT is a little low for ND. ECs appear good, but nothing spectacular… Any prizes or competitions you’ve won, maybe?

I say reach/high-match.

Thanks for the feedback. Do you think it will make a difference for the course load if i’'ve almost never (except for two months) had the option for honors/only had one year where more than two APs were available?
