Chances to UGA

<p>So I am currently in the process of applying to colleges and I live in Georgia. What are my chances of getting into UGA? Should I apply early?</p>

<p>I have a 3.7 unweighted gpa and 3.9 weighted.
I have a 1730 sat score and 30 act and I'm taking both again.</p>
