Essay is coming along rather nicely! I have 3 or 4 written and in the edit process!

*** I applied using their free app. Don't know if that means anything though

3 or 4 essays? I got an e-mail saying my app was essay-free with only short answer responses.

I can’t tell what chance you have but I read somewhere on their website that if you’re a Louisiana resident with an SAT above 1950 (don’t remember the exact score) and a couple of other requirements, you would be accepted automatically.

L+P=John: What makes you think she is a Louisiana resident? THe fact that she did a summer@brown course makes me think New England, although that is just a guess as well.

OP: As far as chances, I think they look pretty solid. The key is if Tulane is in your top 3 or so schools. If yes, make sure they know that.

IDK, I though I read that she was from LA. My mistake.

Hey you have better chances than I do, if that means anything, haha.

This school doesn’t require SAT II’s does it?

I was accepted to Tulane with a Merit Scholarship!

lexieam - Congrats!!! That is so great. Did you get the Presidential or Distinguished Scholars? An invite to the Honors Program? Based on your stats, I would think so.

I got one of those plus an offer for the Honors Program! Thanks!
