<p>U Chicago, you need to nail the essays. Its more about the writing than the numbers there. </p>
<p>UC’s unfortunately, is mostly a numbers game. I think you will get up to UCSD, and LA/Berkeley only if you are lucky. </p>
<p>Penn, Duke, JHU, all pretty high reaches. You never know though, so best wishes! </p>

Your EC’s seem spectacular, grades are solid, and you ACT score can just barely get you through the door to top universities.
If you’re seriously considering Northwestern, definitely apply ED. I’m from Chicago and have several friends who got in ED to NU that NEVER would have gotten in RD. Either way, best of luck and I hope everything works out.
