Its hard to tell without your SAT but with a 2100 Williams seems like a reasonable reach ED target. You might want to have some other similar schools in your RD portfolio like Dartmouth, Amherst, and Middlebury. Right now there's a big gap between your first (Williams) and your second (Carleton/ Bowdoin) and some high reaches might actually come through depending on the SAT score.

Depending on whether or not colleges recognize your highschool as one of those "tough" schools where GPA's are signficantly low because of challenging classes, you'll might get in. I'm not sure if you can translate your GPA into the 4.0 scale just by a normal percentage. If thats true, then your gpa is 3.44.

Thanks for your comments
My high school is the most competitive high school in VN (where 2 students went to Harvard, 1 to Yale, about 7 went to other Ivies, and many more to other universities and LAC like Colgate, Williams, Amherst, Bowdoin, Dickinson....)
About the SAT: SAT books are scarce in VN, and we also have to struggle with tiresome work in class, so 2100 is kinda impossible so far :(

Besides, this is my college list
Bates
Bowdoin
Brandeis
Carleton
Centre
Colgate
Hamilton
Harvard
Lafayette
Ohio Wesleyan
Trinity Coll
Vassar
Wabash
Washington&Lee
Williams

Nah. If you really have your heart set on Williams, apply ED (I'm assuming financial aid isn't an issue--if it is, you shouldn't apply ED anywhere). You could always apply ED II to another school if you get deferred from Williams ED.

1) Dump Harvard. Not a chance at all.
2) Your list is WAY too unbalanced. Too much gap between the reach and matches, you need some more slight reaches and reaches and fewer matches/ safeties.

I'm an international, so financial aid is what I MOST concern :(
What do you guys suggest that I should apply ? I made the list based on US News ranking and the fin aid it used to give Vietnamese students

Ohio Wesleyan is a good choice if you are looking for a liberal arts college with merit aid for internationals. Unfortunately, that makes the competition for the merit aid slots all the more fierce...Around 40% of internationals are admitted for an average number of 50-60 incoming students per year and aroound 80% of those admitted are funded. I think the average scores of funded international students according their international student site is 700 for each section, so it should be a match for you.

Thank you all for your replies
My family can only contribute about 4-5k/year :( So I'm looking for really generous colleges, and for safeties, we can try really hard to contribute about 10K/year

lol I skimmed through your post and thought VN was the abbreviation of Vermont -_-; and wondered isn't it VT?

I see that you're from Vietnam lol.

I think you have to find a way to let colleges know that your high school is ultra-competitive. the most competitive in Vietnam... wow, must be immensely rigorous!

Sending too many documents could anger the admission officers :( Thus I'm wondering if I should send that about-20-page School Profile
My school is really the most competitive one in VN: 1 graduate enrolled in Yale, 3 in Harvard, many more in Ivies and top LAC (Williams, Bowdoin, Amherst, Swathmore...)
How can I tell them about the competitiveness of my school :(

Are you male or female? Well, I'm assuming you're male, cause Wabash is an all male school...
Well, the school profile is usually recommended, if not required for admissions. But usually most universities want to know how the high school grades, whether on weighted or unweighted, the range of marks, SAT scores, TOEFL sometimes... Our School profile is only 4 pages. A little pamphlet.
But I think you should send it, anyway.
