What are my chances for these colleges?
Hello! I would first like to thank you guys for taking the time to help me out and assessing my realistic chances of attending any of these colleges.
These are all of the reach schools/a few match schools from my college list. I want to see which ones I have the smallest chance of getting into so I can scrap them from my application list. Also, any schools recommendations would be appreciated.

I'm currently a male junior in a very competitive los angeles public school. I have a 3.3 (not weighted) gpa and about a 3.5 weighted gpa (approx.) I've taken the SAT once without studying and got an 1880. I plan to take a course and intensely study, and I believe I will be able to get at least a 2000. I also plan on taking the ACT once. At the moment, I do not plan on taking the SAT II subject tests. My teachers love me and will write me good letters of rec.
Also, I'm Mexican and Jewish, so yeah!!

My junior year schedule:
-AP Art History
-AP English Lang
-H US history
-H Spanish 3
-Math Analysis (I failed this class)
-Leadership
-Chemistry

My senior year schedule:
-AP Psychology
-AP Environmental Science
-AP Government
-AP English lit
-Marine Biology
-Leadership

I also took AP Biology my sophomore year.

I'm interested in majoring in environmental studies, and possibly pre-law (if available).

My extracurriculars:
-1)Involved in a secular Jewish community for 13 years, have been an employee for them since sophomore year. Was promoted to leadership position for this, and next year.
-2)Founder/President Amnesty International student group since sophomore year
-3)Young Democrats club since freshman year
-4)Was just selected for a paid summer internship with the Los Angeles Conservation corps.
-5)Wrote for my school's newspaper my sophomore year. Was promoted to sports section editor for this year.
-6)Member of Jewish club since sophomore year
-7)Member of UCLA afterschool leadership program since sophomore year.
-8)Associated Student Body junior class representative. Will be the ASB executive president for my senior year
-9)Actively volunteer for school events (i.e. open house, freshman orientation, etc.)
-10)Volunteered approx 200 hours at an elementary school.
-11)Volunteered for Obama's phone banking organization
-12)Big brother/Big Sister since junior year
-13)Member of my Magnet's leadership council since junior year
-14)Spanish Honors society since junior year
-15)Selected by my school to attend a leadership intensive camp during the summer before my junior year. Will be attending this year.

-16)Also, I do my school's morning PA announcements, if that counts for anything ;P

So my grades are pretty iffy (1 failed class), my extracurriculars are good, and my SAT will be improved. I'm thinking of applying single choice early action for Tulane. I wanted to know what you guys think my chances are at getting into any of the more selective/prestigious colleges are, though. And also, if any of these schools would give me any money! Your time is appreciated. Thank you very much!!
