What are my chances of getting into Harvard?
2300 SAT (730 Reading, 800 Math, 770 Writing)
4.0 GPA unweighted, 4.4 weighted (9-11), 4.6 weighted (10-11)
By the end of senior year, I will have taken 10 APs and 7 Honors classes.
I got a 5 on the AP World test and I'm pretty confident I got 5's on all of my AP's I took this year with the exception of Spanish.
Chemistry SATII- 800
World History SATII- 780
I'm taking the Math II and US History SATII's in June.
I've played water polo for my whole high school career and met with the Harvard coach.
I haven't done anything outstanding in extracurriculars, however, and I know this will hurt my chances, but I'm not sure how much. What do I need to do as far as extracurriculars go to raise my chances also?

And I also got first at my school and 9th in the county for the ACS 1st year chemistry competition sophomore year and I was 1 of 11 in the county to qualify for the National Olympiad Test junior year.

I made USNCO too.

Middle of the road chances.
