Chances?

I am a 17 year old high school junior. I have a 3.5 unweighted GPA and 1970 SAT (taking again this weekend!).All honors classes, 2 APs junior year (Psych and Gov), and 3 APs scheduled for senior year (English, Spanish, Stat). ECs include 14 years of dance, secretary of student senate, and NHS. By the end of the summer I will have 200+ community service hours. Leadership positions include planning, promoting, and working at both Homecoming (all years) and twice yearly Red Cross blood drives (all years), attending local Student Senate conferences, and taking part in a cyberbullying program/round table discussion that toured to my school. I also volunteered to be a tutor, but the tutoring program at my school is in its very primitive stages.

I am hoping to major either in public relations or communications and will be applying to York College of Pennsylvania, James Madison University, Elon, and UNC Chapel Hill this fall. I will also be applying to Elon's Communications fellows program.

What are my chances of admissions/ substantial scholarships at these schools?

You look like a perfect fit for Elon, you might even get a little bit of scholarship if your lucky :)

That is so great to hear!

I also plan on applying to be a Communications fellow. Would I be a likely candidate?

hannah i’d say the same for YCP - good shot at a scholarship too.
