Chances?

Okay I am currently 16 and hope to get into stanford or ucberk
I have dual citizenship both S.Korea and U.S. and have been to schools in both countries, as of 2 years ago i was there for a whole year which caused me to fall behind 1 year. I dont excel in school but i dont get anything lower than a c, but I constantly move around having gone to 4 middle schools and elementary schools, 3 high schools and, in total 2-3 years in Korea. Currently i am a sophomore but plan to take the GED when i become 17 and try for college at the end of junior year. I currently have taken the PSAT (scores havent come out yet) and a subject test(Korean-780), and plan to take the SAT this January. Durring the summer i plan to take AP Bio, Physics and PreCal. I want to major in Bio or Physics .
Currently I have

How are the chances of me getting into stanford, and what can I do to improve my chances

Thanks for reading this

Can’t chance without gpa or sat. If you want to improve your chances, excell in school. And yes your brother helps
