the gold award ought to help a lot. i got in and i'd say the GA was one of the strongest points of my application. williams doesn't have evaluative interviews, but i did interview at other schools and they didn't really care about most of my activiites but when i said gold award they sat straight up and grabbed their notepads and scribbled a lot.

Sophie,
Make sure that you contact the coach(es) in the sport(s) that you would be able to compete in at the D3 level. If the coach is interested and recruits you, your chances will increase considerably.

Agree with Clayleas about talking to coaches. Even if you aren't an official "recruit" it can make a big difference for a serious scholar-athlete, which you appear to be. They really network up there. I think you look like a great Williams applicant.

wow, your graduating class is 32? at a public school? That's insane! I'm jealous. I'm competing against 821 of my dearest friends for good rankings. You look like a solid candidate. Williams likes student-athletes
