Chances!

<p>ok so I really liked Brandeis and really wanted to go… how do my chances seem?? Do I have ANY chances at all?? don’t be too harsh as you crush my dreams but tell me the truth so I can move on if I must…</p>

<p>GPA: 5.03 out of 6 (I think its like a 4.03 weighted out of 4…)
SAT: CR-570, Math-670, Writing-720
(I’m retaking them and know I’ll raise the CR at least 100 points…)</p>

<p>SATII: Hebrew-630, MathII-650 (are those way too low??)</p>

<p>APs: English Language-B+/A- Psych-A (I don’t know about AP scores yet)</p>

<p>Next year’s APs: English Literature, Spanish, Calc AB, Eco/Gov</p>

<p>Honors Spanish for 2 years</p>

<p>My extracurriculars are ok but not great, my SAT score will definitely improve and I thought I had a good GPA (am I wrong??)</p>

<p>So… opinions?? suggestions?? advice?? how do my Brandeis chances seem??</p>

<p>You seem to be going along fine. Just increase the SAT 2 scores, if its possible. Scores above 700 will definitely make you a much much stronger candidate.
Of course, it depends on the essay, recs et al. If you really want to go to Brandeis, then show it in your app. Apply ED, which drastically improves your chances.</p>
