What are my chances of getting into Tufts?

I attend a private school with a dual curriculum.
GPA 3.8/4.3 (un-weighted)

SAT I: 680M/620V (I'm retaking it in October, What do you think my target score should be?)

SATII: Math Level 1 690; U.S. History 660 (Should I retake?)

AP: Junior Year: U.S. History; Senior Year: Government, Literature, Economics, and Physics.

I'll have about 100 hours of community service by the time I graduate high school.

My extracurriculars are decent, but nothing great.

I should have really good recommendation letters.

Thanks!

i'd say your chances are pretty good.

When you take the SAT, your target score should ALWAYS be a 1600. Aim to get every question right. That way, your chances of getting a higher score will improve. If you aim for a 1500, you'll likely score in the low 1400s. If you aim for a 1400, you'll likely score in the 1280-1350 range. And if you aim for the mid-1300s, you'll probably score somewhere down in the 1100s or low 1200s.

Should I retake my SAT 2's?

I would actually be a 'tad concerned about your SAT I's, at least. They seem to be very much on the lowish end. Remember that Tufts' entering class for 2010 has a combined SAT avg of a 1433. SAT II - Math is good, US History i'd retake. Courseload for senior year looks very good. Since you weren't very specific concerning EC's, do any of your EC's show originality, individuality, and/or leadership?
