Chances ???

<p>Ok, I was just wondering if any of you could give me some insight fo rmy chances w. First off, I would just like to say, I have only just started my junior year, but i wanted to post, so that you intelligent people can give me some pointers/ideas. Ok so here we go
I go to prestigous jesuit school
i have a 3.8 weighted gpa
so far i have taken 5 honors classes and 2 Ap
all ap for senior year
4 years of football
4 years of baseball
somewhere around 150 hours of community service so far
my last sat was some where around 1700
I'm currently taking a class to try to bump that score up
Ummmm,,,, key club,,,,best buddies,,,,,,National Honors Society</p>

<p>So basically I was wondering mostly of what i should do in the next year to better my chances to my ultimate dream school...</p>

<p>Your weighed GPA doesn't tell us much. What's your unweighed Sophomore and Junior year GPA? Your SAT needs to improve by quite a bit. This year's Freshman's class mid 50% SAT range 1900-2100.</p>

<p>ummm unweighted soph year was a 3.7. weighted it was a 4.1....and I'm a junior right now</p>

<p>So you took your SAT your Sophomore year? If that's the case, you should be able to raise that score by a significant amount come the end of your Junior year. A 3.7 unweighed GPA is solid. Keep that up. Itis hard to tell you your chances, but you are fine for now.</p>
