Chances?

I was just wondering if i had a chance at Tuft's if i applied ED.

my ACT composite is 30
but i retook it last saturday with the writing section, and i'm hoping i raised my scores, but I am not sure.

my gpa is 3.84 unweighted (it would be higher but I had to move in the middle of Junior year and make up 4 weeks of school work),
and I am ranked 30 out of 529 students.

I have attended 3 different high schools in 2 1/2 years.

I have also been on the Honor Roll all three years of HS, and i plan to be on the Honor roll this year as well.

Also, I have taken all honors classes offered and PAP classes.
I took AP european history soph year, it was the only AP offered.
Then Junior year, i took AP BIO, AP US History, and AP calculus.
My high school in IL does not offer AP classes,
and it does not have many honors classes.
but I am taking the honors classes that they do offer.

Could anyone help me figure out what my chances are, please??

So I'm guessing you're an army brat. You should definitely talk about that experience in one of your personal statements. It seems that if your ACT score goes up, and you have good scores on your SAT II's, you could have a chance ED. You've managed to maintain relatively good grades despite the constant moving, changing schools, etc. and that will surely impress them -- your adaptability will be a good trait to have when you get to college. What is your GPA weighted? It seems you've done Habitat for Humanity throughout the years, so you should talk about that as well -- Tufts, as everyone else is saying on this forum, is really all about community/public service and civic engagement, so that's a big plus for you, if your involvement was more than a 3-week thing a year. Constant invovlement is key.

Anyone else have something to add?

Very unusual background. I'd say you have a pretty good shot.
