I'm probably not going to do ED because I can't see myself being sure on attending Williams so if I go regular how are my chances?

I'm ranked in the top 10 in my class.
Unweighted around 3.8. Weighted around 4.25.
All my classes this year are AP except 1 honors and I've taken the most challenging classes since freshman year.
SATs of 2200 first time and waiting on second scores
300+ hours of community service
leadership positions in 4 organizations/sports
Letterman + many awards in 2 sports.

Give us the breakdown of your SATs. The writing section matters much less than math and, especially, verbal. Also, how good is your high school? The to 10 of Choate is different than the top 10 of random public high school. One way to measure this is: What colleges did the top 10 students from last year attend?

Williams current policy on the Sat writing section is to treat it as an SAT II (as evidenced by the college's lowering of its SAT II requirement from three exams to two). The campus newspaper published an article about this last spring. If I were more computer literate I could probably direct you to it.
This policy was confirmed by a Williams coach. Nonetheless, the "writing" has always been considered an important score, particularly at liberal arts colleges, and will definitely help your application.

honestly, your SAT math score is strangely low. based on the strength of other academics, it does not really fit well. i'd say if you can get a score in the 700's in math on your retake, your academics definately fit in with williams.
