<p>Note: Right now I have a 3.897 UW GPA, but I should finish high school with around a 3.85-3.87, or at very worst 3.8 UW for fresh-junior year because I missed a few days due to a dental procedure, and my grades aren't doing so well right now</p>

<p>Your test scores are holding you back. I'm also having trouble seeing passion in your EC's. I would try to raise your ACT to a 33 to give yourself a better shot. Also don't be so sure that being from Oregon won't help some. It is pretty far away, and Vanderbilt doesn't receive very many number of applications from the Pacific Northwest.</p>
