<p>Who knows? These people can say you have no chance, but they really have no idea. Adcoms are weird. I suspect that they are under the influence of some substance while making decisions, but that's just my theory. If you want to go, apply and hope for the best. You still have several months to improve whatever you can. Your stats are at the lower end, but tons of people that have incredible stats are rejected, so obviously something else matters.... That or the adcom is high.</p>
