I go to an excellent private school in Georgia and I've taken a pretty rigorous schedule (AP English Lit, AP English 12, AP Bio, AP Chem, AP Economics, AP Modern European History). The main problem is my math- I never really got motivated in it until junior year, and as a result I ended up only taking pre-cal my senior year. How big of a disadvantage is that?

You seem like you are pretty much in..but if you want to be guaranteed in you should show them that you are good in math...i.e raise your SAT math, because that is what they emphasize the most from the SAT, consider that they are an engineering school. Good luck!

Automatic admit. Acceptance rate at Georgia Tech hovers near the 70% mark. It's actually tougher to get rejected than it is to get accepted, especially for Georgia residents. The real hurdle at GT is doing the work and graduating. Georgia Tech is a largely self selecting school; if the admissions numbers indicate that you can do the work, you are in. Great school! Although your math SAT score is a bit low for engineering majors, I know many students who were admitted with slightly lower math scores and graduated or are on schedule to graduate with their entering class.

Thanks a bunch guys. You guys may not know, but how heavy is the math in Biomedical Engineering compared to the other disciplines I've considered (Civil and Nuclear)? Not that it would really make a difference in which path I went with, I'd just like to know.
