<p>You'll have a lot of explaining to do about your junior year grades. You're involved in every manner of extra-curricular activities, taking four AP courses in one year, but pulling in Cs and one D. You will have to explain what happened and what you are doing this year to pull your grades up. Don't give up, but do buckle down. Good luck.</p>
