<p>What is your major/interest?</p>

<p>Given that you're out of state, you already have tough competition. your SAT is weak compared to the general pool that applies to Cal, although you do show plenty of leadership in your ECs. your gpa is decent; what is it UC-weighted though? </p>

<p>your SAT IIs are very good (above 700). I would also question why you have a 620 on the french SAT II, yet you completed the french AP and have a bunch of honors in french.</p>

<p>right now because of your SAT and that fact that you're out of state, I would say that Cal is a reach.</p>
