Ok so I have a 3.1 GPA, and a 23 on my ACT’s (which in june puts me in the 70 percentlie) Im from Bergen County, NJ. I have been an active member of my community since my freshman year, and participated in, and out of school events over the 4 years i’ve been there. I’m applying into the school of Social & Behavioral Sciences while being recognized by the state of new jersey for my research in behavioral science. also i applied to start in the summer quater. what are my chances?

honestly not good. average act is 27.3 with the average GPA around 3.5. also the fact that you are OOS makes it even harder. I would definitely reccomend retaking the ACT.

9% of last year's freshman class was 24 or lower on the ACT, so assuming that group was an even smaller percentage of the accepted pool, you have well under a 1 in 10 chance.
