chances

I'm applying for 10th grade, exeter, groton, andover, st. andrews, and taft

SSAT score is 97
I'm taking biology honors, spanish 1, latin 2 honors, algebra 2 honors, and english 1 honors
and my grades are in the 90s

I do science olympiad, extemporaneous debate, swimming, cross country, track, played trumpet for 4 years and I'm 1st chair in jazz band

im confident my interviews went well

application though is shaky because I'm not the greatest writer ever....

what are my chances?

I think that you are a great candidate for these schools, just try to do the best you can on the essays. You have good classes and superb extracurricular activities.

thanks! anyone else?

Your SSATs & grades are great.
You don't have that many ECs but as long as you love them and they have depth, you're good to go :)
If your interview went well, they can't hurt you either :P
Now go work on your essays! If you write them well, your application will be set. We can't predict if you'll get in or not, but you have a chance, I assure you. Best of luck!

looks pretty well rounded to me (:
then again, there's no way to tell for sure.. sometimes they reject perfectly fine candidates :S
which is your first choice?

maybe groton or andover? to me, it comes down to whichever accepts me

you look like you have a pretty good chance, but you dont have anything that really "stands out". Either way, you have a good chance, and you will definitley get into one of the schools. :] Good Luck

Good luck! I think you have a great chance. But then again, you never know.
