<p>Well, Junior year is coming to an end, and I'm starting to think about colleges...

<p>I went to one of the top public schools in California. Took the hardest course load. But the thing is, I'm Asian. Ack.</p>

IIC 790 writing 770 Biology, Physics, History (say 750--800) (took in May, waiting for scores)</p>

<p>seems to me like you would have a pretty good chance at all the schools. You just have to make sure that the colleges realize how badly you want it.</p>

<p>It looks like you've done everything possible. If you continue through Senior year like this, I think you'll be accepted into most the schools you listed. I have to admit, I'm jealous.</p>

<p>OMG...you're incredible! I would say that you're in, but you know how the IVIES and those schools you want are; they are pretty random. You will get in...at least to one! Good luck on that! :)</p>

<p>dont fall absolutely in love w/ 1 college cuz it will hurt if u get rejected. just apply to the ones u want to go to and show them u really want to go.</p>

<p>after that, all u can do is let the adcoms decide ur fate</p>

<p>Hmm, wouldn't you fit in the typical asian category? Not that that is a bad thing or anything, but I think you're depending on Boxing, which is just a hobbie to make you stand out, which I don't think it really will.</p>

<p>Now if you compete in boxing, win awards, etc, that's a different story. Dont think that just by putting "For my hobbies I do boxing" it will make you stand out in any way or form, since anyone can just as well put that on their own apps. </p>

<p>Also, there are probably actually many people who do boxing, though it is still rare compared to other sports. My advice would be to stop depending on this one factor as a major "hook," since its not.</p>
