From what you gave me... don't want to brutal but your chances are slim to NONE - read this
taken from UNC WEBSITE-
What are my chances of being admitted?
We are sorry that we cannot predict any student’s chances of being admitted. This year, we have deferred the decisions of 2,429 applicants, or 18 percent of the 13,692 who applied. In 2008, we deferred 2,286 applicants and offered admission to 328. The year before, we deferred the decisions of 2,206 applicants and offered admission to 316. We do not yet
know how many deferred students will be offered admission for Fall 2009.

from this the average acceptance rate is 6.98% and this year i thinking the acceptance rate is also going to around 7 maybe even 8 but not higher.

I know my chances for UNC are very slim but what about for University of Florida or Central Florida?

i think you will get in those...
