Nice Gpa, decent ACT (definitely could be better, but good). Your schedule, however, is not as intensive as it could be - TAG and Advanced courses are really not held to the same standard as APs are. Again, though, not bad. Your academics are good enough, but will not “make” your application.

Now on to your ECs:
Sports - Not going to help you very much here - you have no long term commitments
Arts - Pretty good here, but you don’t seem to have any art-related ECs - just awards. Good awards, though.
Theatre - This is your best area - you show consistent commitment. Play this up!
Clubs - You founded a club, which is good. Other than that, nothing jumps out to me.
Service - The Hounduras thing is cool, but not that unique or special. Not bad.

You are definitely a good applicant, not somebody that will have no chance, but nothing seems to be that special about you. Your big problem is that your ECs have no focus. True, you have a lot of them, but you seem to be a jack of all trades and a master of none. Try focussing your application on one category - preferably theater. I estimate your chance at about 20% with that data.

It would be helpful if you add some information about your school. If your high school only offers a few APs, and you took all or most, that would be fine, but if others at your school took multiple APs prior to senior year that will work against you. Also you did not post any SAT I or SAT II scores. I don’t believe a 30 on the ACT will be considered a plus, you would have to have other strengths. Three SAT II scores are required, although the writing section of the SAT I can be used as one of them.

I wouldn’t worry that much about the EC’s. My Williams D is a jack-of-all trades and you certainly show a commitment to theater and art. I think the only weakness of your application are relatively low test scores for Williams and possible lack of academic rigor as others mentioned. But, I don’t know anything about TAG. It might be that your school does those in lieu of AP classes? Can you take the SAT 1’s or ACT again?

When i was an underclassman, my school did not offer AP classes and only offered TAG classes, which is a bit annoying, as of course they have replaced them with AP since. As for the inconsistencies in the sports, I was forced to quit soccer because of a torn ACL and had to undergo surgery and physical therapy, which took up a significant amount of my time and was the reason I had to pass up a summer job and numerous other activities
I know my ACT is a bit low…I can’t decide if I want to take it again or not. I should probably decide soon!
I want to focus on art in my application, and will include a portfolio. However, I have not yet taken subject tests and should probably get on that! Thanks! This is really helpful.
