ACT SCORES- 30
HONORS- NHS, ap scholar with distinction (taken 5 APS with at least a 3.5 average), several art awards
ACTIVITIES- pretty involved in art- although i really don't take on any leadership positions, job, tutoring and several other things (not big factors)
ESSAYS/ SUPPLEMENTS- the people who read them say they are really strong (personally i think that they are very heartfelt but not... amazingly written)
SCHOOL/GPA- public school (in top 100 in US) & 3.8 (uw)
CLASSES: 4 aps senior year + 2 independent studies
I am going to say this bluntly but I dont really feel comfortable (sorry I am a very awkward child )
One of relatives donated the money for the admissions building (like their name is on the building) sorry but I thought I should add it because it might impact the admission decision (but I really have no idea )

I think your academics are a good match, but I’m not sure about your EC’s. While I’m sure it shows a focus on art, I think Vassar will have wanted to see at least some leadership positions on there. As for your relative donating money, I don’t know how that works with Vassar, so right now I think you’re a toss up.

I’ll simply guess that you’ll be accepted. I think legacies can go a long way, and your legacy is the real deal. Your grades and stats are a low reach for Vassar. Legacies can boost those considerably. Let us know what happens.
