When taking the PSAT, I selected the wrong religion and wrong intended major. How do I change this? I want to receive emails to the correct preferences and not the incorrect old ones.
How did you manage to check both the wrong religion and wrong major? I’m not sure you can change that. Those emails might introduce you to some schools you’ve never heard of, but they don’t do much besides that. They just want more people to apply. They’re pretty much sent to everyone, schools like Princeton will even get the emails of students who have nowhere near what is needed to get in. I don’t think major matters and pretty much all of the schools send you stuff anyways (my friends and I would always get the emails from the same schools and I even got emails from schools specific to a major other than my own). As for religion, you might get a couple of additional emails and letters from schools that are of that religion, though I don’t think many of the schools I ever got emails had religious affiliations. It’s really not a big deal, and you get to reselect this stuff next time you take the PSAT.
