How to change email colleges send emails to?

Alright, so this is a bit awkward. When I originally signed up for Collegeboard (or maybe it was the PSAT), I stupidly used an old email that’s, well, embarrassing, to say the least. I was just wondering if there was any way that I could change the email that colleges see/send emails to? I know it’s probably not that big of a deal, but it would definitely make me feel better. Nothing’s worse than talking to a college representative and hearing them laugh a little when they ask you what email to use (true story, bro.) Also, I’m a junior in high school.
