Change from a Spanish major to Human Resources at Cal Poly Pomona

I got accepted to Cal Poly Pomona but I want to switch to Human Resource and get a minor in Spanish I want to know if Ill be able to. How long should I wait to change it? Can I even do it? What GPA do I need to have change it ?

You can also check with your advisor during orientation so if the change is possible prior to starting in the Fall.
