<p>In the 2008-2009 viewbook, Cornell states that in the fall of 2009,
"Need-based loans for all undergraduate students from families with total income under $75,000 will be eliminated...undergraduate students from families with total income between $75,000 and $120,000 will have need-based student loans capped at $3,000 annually."</p>
<p>However, I couldn't find this information on the website. It seems this would be something they want people to know about. Has there been a policy change?</p>
