Financial Aid Question

On Cornell's website it states
"In the 2009-10 academic year, Cornell will eliminate need-based loans for students with total family incomes up to $75,000, and cap annual loans at $3,000 for students from families with total incomes between $75,000 and $120,000."

My family makes under 75k a year, but on my financial aid statement it has me down for 3k in federal direct subsidized loans. I shouldn't have any loans should I?

Maybe your assets put you above the 75k income level.
