<p>Is it best to get an RD application in early then possibly change it to ED2 or just wait? The reason to change or wait, is to visit one or two more schools but that’s not possible until after the ED1 deadline.</p>
<p>I know some schools let students change their applications from RD to ED, but I’m not sure if AU does. Considering they’re both on the same application deadlines, they might. It would be best for you to call Undergraduate Admissions and ask them or simply email them at <a href=“mailto:intadm@american.edu”>intadm@american.edu</a> – they usually have a turnover rate of 1 day for a response!</p>
