<p>I applied to UC for math major. Spring quarter has just begun and I had some changes in my courses. Do I have to email each UC to notify them? I heard from my friend that Berkeley doesn't accept email and we have to write a letter to tell them. Is it true?</p>
<p>Yes you need to inform them. I don't know about the letter format but I remember reading something like that.</p>

<p>Please follow the system the campus has in place to report changes. For example, at UC Davis a fax or paper letter will not be used to track changes. If you are admitted please report the change through the MyAdmissions page.</p>
