So, when I applied to a CSU, I made a mistake and chose Nursing as my major. I want to change it to Biology. I will be transferring to a CCC this fall, and then hopefully to a UC.

My question is, can I change my major at the CCC?

It doesn’t really matter what major you declare in CCC, but to answer your question, yes you can. The CCC system and the CSU system are completely independent. In fact, each CCC is independent and what major you declare at one doesn’t have any bearing at what major you have in any of the other CCCs (unless the district groups them) or vice versa. For the purpose of applying to the UC’s you don’t even need to declare a major at a CCC as long as you complete the pre-reqs because again they’re a separate entity from your CCC. You can be undeclared in CC and apply as anything you want as long as you take the required courses.
