<p>I know some of you are struggling with the decision as to whether to apply to Tulane SCEA to show maximum interest or to spread out some other EA's to "spread the risk", so to speak. Here is a new announcement by admissions that might help some of you at least. This is not yet reflected on the web site.</p>
