Changing first choice college?

So I originally put my first choice as Rochester because they give $22k a year but I decided I wanted to go to Wash U instead. I didn't want to lose the chance to get $2000/year from WashU so about 3 weeks ago I sent in a form to change it to my first choice. Since then I haven't heard back from NMSC and I don't know how to contact them, and just today I received an email from Rochester with their scholarship offer even though I switched my top choice weeks ago. Does this mean I can't get the WashU scholarship because I already got an offer? The booklet said the deadline was April 25 so I thought I'd be fine...

Or is it possible my letter got lost in the mail? Did anyone else change their first choice, and if so did you get a confirmation from NMSC?

Thanks for your help

Did you fax in your form? If not, do so.

Is the URoch money NMF money?

Call NMCorp to find out which school is listed at your #1.

@livenotonevil did you find an answer because I have the same question also. I had unc listed as first choice before the march 1 deadline but decided to change it to emory on april 10. I checked with national merit rep and she said my first choice was changed to emory. But i received an email today from unc saying my finaid aid now included a $1000 offer. National merit hasnt sent me or notified me of any awards yet though. Will i no longer get an offer from emory?
